Tami Grossens has a Master's degree in Social Work from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, MI. Tami graduated and began practicing in mental health in 2001 and since that time has had the pleasure to work with a variety of populations in varied settings. Tami feels that education is a process that never stops and takes every advantage to learn from each situation encountered.

Tami specializes in anxiety disorders, PTSD, and depression. She has specialized training in PTSD and dissociation. Trained in EMDR and is a certified clinician and approved consultant. Tami is also a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) and practices play therapy and EMDR with children.

Allison is passionate about supporting women and children with complex needs including PTSD, birth trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, domestic violence, eating disorders, anxiety and depression. She is inspired by therapeutic work with adults and adolescents on the cusp of adulthood, coping with life transitions. Allison has worked with children and families since 2001, supporting families participating in early intervention support services, therapeutic foster care, and social services.

My practice and research interests include but are not limited to: PTSD; Depression; Anxiety; Substance Use; Military Veterans and Families; Father Absence; Faith, and Spirituality.
Facts: I am an avid outdoorsman, a fan of college athletics, a Military Retiree, a Father to a beautiful girl, a handsome son, and two freeloading dogs, and a Husband to an amazing woman.

Melinda has a passion for coming alongside those with complex needs including trauma, domestic violence, PTSD, identity work, anxiety, and depression. She believes that therapy is a journey and that her role is to come alongside and empower you to find your way through to a place of wholeness and flourishing. She utilizes a whole-person approach and incorporates somatic, emotion-focused, attachment, narrative, and parts work to address struggles and stories from the inside out. She has worked with women and children in various capacities for over fifteen years and has experience with individuals, families, foster care, and special needs.

Fay received her Bachelor's Degree from Western Carolina University in 2013 and a Masters Degree from University of Southern California in 2019. .She has worked with individuals and families in various capacities for over ten years. Her experience includes treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, substance abuse, addiction, relationship conflicts, trauma and life stressors. She assists individuals by transforming pain and other emotional distress into hope, strength and to a positive change. She has an understanding that reaching out to talk to someone about your own personal struggles or life challenges can be difficult but she's committed to providing you the support that is needed.. Fay provides a safe and empathetic environment.while using evidenced based techniques and interventions to increase client's growth and well-being.

Anna is an LCSW who has worked with adolescents and adults with schizophrenia spectrum disorders, severe mood disorders, PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, and substance use needs across various settings. Anna works to create a safe space where you can feel supported and empowered throughout your healing journey. Anna utilizes DBT, CBT, motivational interviewing, parts work, mindfulness, and somatic therapies in her practice and works from a person-centered approach. For those struggling to cope with difficulties that arise in life, Anna is committed to recovery by helping clients challenge unhelpful belief systems, and build coping skills rooted in connection, authenticity, and self-care.

Lola obtained her Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2024. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, she worked to support family caregivers at the High Country Area Agency on Aging.
Lola considers herself a relationally focused therapist and prioritizes a holistic, person-centered approach to building collaborative therapeutic relationships with her clients. She bases her work on trauma-informed perspectives of attachment theory, polyvagal theory, and psychosomatic healing. Her specific areas of focus include PTSD, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and other issues that often accompany lifespan transitions in relationships, aging, personal development, and loss.
Utilizing evidence-based modalities like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, she works alongside you to identify triggers, deepen psychological flexibility, and foster a meaningful return to self. Her goal is to help you build a life that reflects your true values and strengths, creating a path toward peace and purpose.

Montana graduated in December of 2024 from Baylor University's Diana R. Garland School of Social Work. Montana has substantial experience working with both children and adults who have experienced complex trauma. She has worked closely with children and families experiencing foster care, adoption, and reunification, gaining a deep understanding of the unique challenges and traumas that often accompany these individual and family experiences. With a strong commitment to supporting LGBTQI+ individuals, Montana brings a unique perspective to her practice, focusing on gender and sexual orientation affirming therapy that respects diverse identities and relationships.
Her compassionate, person-centered and emotion-focused approach is designed to help individuals navigate their emotions and heal their systems, to be their most authentic self. She is trained in the Unified Protocol for Transdiagnostic Treatment, a flexible and evidence-based therapeutic approach that helps individuals manage various emotional and psychological issues, regardless of specific diagnoses.
