Hi, I’m Heather, an LCSW and certified addictions counselor with over 10 years of experience as an outpatient therapist. I strive to provide a warm, non- judgmental, and affirming space for children, teens, and adults to heal and grow. Whether you are navigating the complexities of trauma, working to manage addictions, or trying to find your footing through a rough season of life, you don’t have to carry it all alone.
My therapeutic approach is deeply collaborative, down to earth, and centered around your unique needs and goals. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), which allows us to gently process painful past experiences and break free from old patterns. When working with younger clients, I focus on building a safe environment where they can express themselves freely and build lifelong coping skills.
Outside of the therapy room, I live in Lenoir with my husband, daughter, dog, and two cats. In my free time, I love spending time with my family, getting lost in a good book or enjoying time outdoors.
No matter where you are in your journey, I look forward to hearing your story and am here to walk alongside you during the healing process.

LCSW
